Administrator Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 Incident details: At 3pm PDT, one of the switches on our network stopped responding affecting about 10% of the servers on our network. After some troubleshooting, we determined that memory on the switch was unreadable. We replaced the switch with one of our spares, moved all of the cabling and restored the configuration from backup.
