Windows 11 signup Local User account

To sign up a local user account when setting up Windows 11 follow the steps below, 

 

1. For the Microsoft email enter: a@a.com

2. For the password simply type anything. 
 

3. Click sign-in then when you receive an error click next. 
 

Windows should now start setting up a local account for you and ask for a local user account name.
